About Sofie

For 30 Years Sofie has supported thousands of Community Leaders, Spiritual Teachers, Thought Leaders, Parents and others, especially those who have experienced trauma, abuse, religious wounds and cults, to reduce physical, emotional and even financial pain so they can be Lucrative Badass Leaders. 

Through the wisdom of the body and the power of art, Sofie supports people to understand their lives and feel better. Born and raised in a very popular and widely accepted dangerous cult, Sofie understands first hand what it's like to be under toxic influence and not know the effect it has on one's body, emotions and even money, even after leaving the toxic situation. A Badass Leader in her own communities, Sofie suffered in silence with C-PTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms since childhood while receiving and searching for additional support. She experienced countless doctors and practitioners tell her they couldn't find anything wrong, but still, she struggled with intense physical and emotional pain, all while being respected in her communities as an influential Thought Leader and Community Leader. Throughout her work and within her communities, Sofie has recognized a huge problem with Toxic Influence and Complex-PTSD effecting people's quality of life without them being aware of the problem. Sofie has a fierce devotion to show up for all the parts of herself and is devoted to supporting others to do the same. 

You can find Sofie in sunshiny Oakland, CA, dancing with her 3 children, 13, 8 and 18 months, and throwing the occasional tantrum with them.
