You will receive pre-consultation questions to recognize and describe what your challenges are, so when we get on the phone we can be laser focused to get you support for your personal situation. Sofie's rates are usually $500 an hour for individuals, and $1,000 an hour for organizations, so this is a rare opportunity to get this very valuable 30 minute consultation at no cost.

If you need more support after your 30 minute consultation, we will decide what the best options are for you, either with a group class or private sessions in person or on the phone, a referral or even as simple as a book recommendation.
